Chili Corndog Pie

  • 4 cups leftover chili
  • 4-5 hotdogs, sliced 1/4 inch thin
  • 1 package cornbread mix, prepared according to package
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Spray a pie pan or 9x9 baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Put the chili in the bottom of the pan add sliced hotdogs.
  4. Spread the cornbread over the top.
  5. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 25 minutes.
  6. Serve with your favorite salad.
