Korean Style Lil Smokies

  • 1 pound package all beef little smokies
  • 1 teaspoon ginger paste
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Korean chili flakes
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha Sauce
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, lightly brown the little smokies.
  2. Stir in the minced garlic and ginger.
  3. Add in the rest of sauces and stir well to combine.
  4. Cook for 5 minutes till sauce is warm.
  5. To serve, I place the little smokies in a slow cooker on LOW and add a 1/4 cup beer so smokies will not burn.
  6. Feel free to double and triple the recipe because they go FAST on Super Bowl Sunday.
