JONES, Oklahoma - A 17-year-old boy has been killed Thursday night in a two-vehicle crash out in Jones.

The Oklahoma County Sheriff's Office said a pickup with two males inside ran a stop sign driving northbound on Peebly. A minivan with three passengers traveling westbound on Britton Road hit the truck in the side.

Dylan James Butler, 17, died and was the passenger in the truck. Investigators think the passengers inside the truck were not wearing seat belts.

Deputies said the pickup failed to stop at a stop sign while heading north on Peebly Road.

The people in the pickup were taken to a hospital via medical helicopter and the three people in the minivan were taken to a local hospital by paramedics.

The four people who were injured are not in life-threatening conditions but their conditions are not known at this time.

The exact cause of the crash is being investigated.
