- 2-3 cups watermelon, cubed
- 2 cup sugar
- 5 cups water
- 1 cup lemon juice
- Place the watermelon cubes, sugar and 1 cup of water in a blender.
- Pulse on high till thoroughly blended.
- Pour the purée into a gallon pitcher.
- Add 4 cups water and 1 cup lemon juice.
- Stir together and serve over ice!
