Victim Injured In Shooting At NW OKC Events Center

Police say a suspect was taken into custody following an overnight shooting in NW OKC Sunday.

Officers were called to the Mantum Event Center – Paladios, located near N. Rockwell Ave and W. Wilshire Blvd., to investigate a possible shooting.

According to reports, a fight occurred before shots were fired. The shooting took place inside of the club and continued outside, police said.

One victim was shot in the leg and taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Authorities say the suspect taken into custody was arrested for possession of a firearm but have not determined if the suspect is responsible for shooting the victim.
