Mannford Freshman Qualifies For World Powerlifting Championship

A Mannford freshman just qualified for the World Powerlifting Championship after she broke three state and national records on Saturday.

Caytlyn Cook, 15, broke the records for her age group and weight class in squat, bench press, and deadlift.

Cook bench pressed 155 pounds, deadlifted 335 pounds, and reached 350 pounds on squats.

She will now head to the World Championship in Las Vegas in September.
