White Chocolate Limoncello Soufflé

  • 5 eggs
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips, melted
  • 1/4 cup Limoncello liquor
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 (8 ounce) container cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • Butter
  • Sugar
  • Powdered sugar, for dusting
  1. Rub the inside of 4 ramekins (or mugs that are oven safe) well with room temperature butter.
  2. Add a tablespoon of sugar to each ramekin and gently roll the sugar around in the inside of the ramekin to coat the container.
  3. Place all of the buttered/sugared cups in the refrigerator till you are ready to use.
  4. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  5. In a blender add the eggs, limoncello, and melted white chocolate chips and blend on high for 3 minutes.
  6. Add the cream cheese and flour. 
  7. Continue to blend for 3 more minutes.
  8. Fill the baking containers 3/4 of the way full.
  9. Bake 20-30 minutes or until the soufflé rises yet a little wiggly in the middle.
  10. Remove from the oven.
  11. Dust with powdered sugar and serve immediately.
