Thousands of people are expected at the Oklahoma state Capitol Monday to rally improved education funding.
The rally is happening despite a teacher pay raise plan, which was signed into law by Gov. Mary Fallin last week. Educators called the plan a "good start," but are looking for more classroom funding and better pay for support staff.
Many state employees are rallying today for improved compensation as well.
