Easter Treats On A Stick

• 4 packages Peeps (I use 4 different colors)
• Coordinating food coloring
• 4 tablespoon butter, divided
• 6 cups Rice Krispie cereals, divided
• Ghirardelli white chocolate candy melts, melted
• Assorted Easter sprinkles
• Lollipop sticks

1. In four individual bowls, melt each package of Peeps with 1 tablespoon of butter.
2. Stir in 1 1/2 cup Rice Krispie cereal and press into the bottom of a 9x13 pan.
3. Continue with each color of peeps, pressing each color on top of the other.
4. Using a cookie cutter, cut into squares.
5. Place a stick in the bottom of each cut out.
6. Dip the Krispie treat into the melted chocolate and place on parchment paper.
7. Decorate with sprinkles!
8. Wrap each treat in plastic to keep fresh.
