Fresh Beets

• Foil or parchment paper
• Sea salt
• Olive oil

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Wash the beets well.
3. Cut the greens from the beet bulb.
4. Place the beet bulb on a piece of foil and drizzle with olive oil and a sprinkling of sea salt.
5. Fold up the foil and repeat with the remaining bulbs.
6. Place the foil packets on a baking sheet and cook for 45 minutes.
7. Remove from the oven.
8. Put gloves on & while the beets are warm the beet bulb skins will slip off.
9. Allow the beets to cool.
