TCU withstood Oklahoma State’s second-half run to pick up its first win in Stillwater since 1925. The Cowboys shot 44 percent in the second half and cut the Frogs lead to six with 6:38 on the clock, but that’s as close as OSU would come.

Cameron McGriff blocked four shots in tonight’s contest, which is a career-high for him. He also had 11 points and 6 rebounds.

The Cowboys shot 57 percent from the three-point line, which is their best mark on the season.

Yankuba Sima continues to let his presence be known in the paint. He blocked two shots in this one, giving him 12 blocks in the last five games.

Lindy Waters finished with 10 points to give him double-digit points in three-straight games for the first time in his career.

Jeffrey Carroll was held to eight points at Arkansas, which is just the ninth time in the last two seasons he was held in single digits. He responded with 18 points which gives him another great performance in bounce-back games. In fact, he's averaging 22 points on 50 percent shooting and 47.2 percent from the 3-point line in those games.

Carroll continues to pass former Cowboys on the program’s all-time scoring list. His 18 points give him 1,210 for his career. He passed Arlen Clark and Darwyn Alexander to move into 26th in OSU history.

Kendall Smith did his best Jordan impression in Tuesday's game, battling the flu to finish with 13 points on 55 percent shooting.

Brandon Averette may not have scored in the game, but he made his mark on the game by dishing out a team-high 6 assists.

This game was the 118th in Mitchell Solomon's career, which ties him with 1946 National Player of the Year Bob Kurland (1942-46) and Obi Muonelo (2006-10) for 25th in OSU history.

OSU's high-pressure defense is forcing 15.1 turnovers per game (64th nationally) and owns a turnover percentage of 20.8 percent (67th nationally). The Cowboys forced the Horned Frogs into 20 turnovers in this one.

Thomas Dziagwa continues to remain hot from deep in Big 12 play. He is currently seventh in the Big 12 in 3-point percentage and he was a perfect 2-for-2 in this one.

OSU's streak of consecutive home wins against TCU stops at eight. The Cowboys' lead in the overall series drops to 25-5, and their lead in Stillwater moves to 9-2. The Cowboys would fall to 13-9 on the season and 3-6 in conference play.

OSU has made at least one three-pointer in 569 consecutive games dating back to Jan. 13, 2001, which is the 24th longest current streak in college basketball.
