Protein Crispy Bars

  • 2 cups almond butter
  • 1 1/2 cup agave nectar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 1/4 cup vanilla or chocolate protein powder
  • 2 cups gluten free oats
  • 1 cup brown rice puff cereal
  • 1/4 cup fiber powder
  1. Spray a 9x13 baking pan with nonstick cook g spray.
  2. Combine the protein powder, fiber powder, oats and cereal in a large bowl.
  3. In a medium sized bowl combine the agave nectar, honey, minutes or until smooth.
  4. Pour the honey mixture over the dry ingredients and stir till combined.
  5. Pour the bar mix into the baking sheet and press into the bottom of the pan.
  6. Refrigerate for 1hour.
  7. Cut into squares to serve.
  8. Store in an airtight container.
