Farro Grilled Veggie Salad

  • 3 cups Italian faro grain, cooked according to package instructions
  • Fresh broccoli
  • Red Peppers
  • Zucchini
  • Red onion
  • Olive oil
  • Sea salt and Pepper
  • Shaved parmesan cheese
  1. Place the faro in a large bowl.
  2. Brush the veggies with olive oil and grill till they are slightly charred.
  3. Cut the veggies into bite sized pieces.
  4. Add into the faro and drizzle with olive oil.
  5. Add salt and pepper.
  6. Serve with a few slices of shaved parmesan.
