- 2 cans of your favorite pie filling
- 4 envelopes of Brown Sugar and cinnamon Instant Oatmeal
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 stick unsalted butter, cubed
- 1 square aluminum cake pan
- Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil
- Place 2 cans of pie filling in the bottom of the foil cake pan.
- In a small bowl, mix together the instant oatmeal packs, flour, pecans and butter till crumbly.
- Sprinkle the topping over the pie filling.
- Wrap the entire foil cake pan in heavy duty foil.
- Fold down the top and crimp the edges.
