Tulsa Dentist Will Stand Trial For Murder Of 19-Month-Old

A Tulsa dentist will stand trial for murder.

A judge ruled Wednesday there is enough evidence to send Bert Franklin's case to trial.

Police say surveillance video taken inside a home in July shows Franklin babysitting his girlfriend's 19-month-old son, Lincoln.

A detective said it also shows Franklin slamming the baby to the ground, making a kicking motion, then, carrying the limp boy into the kitchen, where Franklin got a piece of pizza.

Lincoln died of a skull fracture.
