Commercial Fire In NW OKC Under Control

Oklahoma City Fire had to fight an early morning fire at NW 1st and Douglas today.

Authorities say the fire began in an abandoned building before spreading to an adjacent two-story building. They were able to knock down the fire and complete a sweep of the affected areas.

Crews had to deal with a down power line, making it difficult to fight the heaviest part of the fire.

There were no injuries.
