OKC Police Seek Suspect Who Assaulted Man During Attempted Robbery

Oklahoma City police are looking for a suspect who assaulted a man during an attempted robbery.

According to police, the incident happened on September 20 in the parking lot of McDonald’s, located at 113 N.W. 23rd Street. The victim told police he was walking to his vehicle when the suspect came up to him and tried to grab his backpack. The backpack contained a laptop and a personal check.

The victim said during the struggle, the suspect kicked him twice on his left side and punched him in the head. The suspect then ran to the west side of McDonald’s and got into a vehicle with the tag #946JWA.

The suspect was caught on the restaurant’s camera inside. Another man who was seen entering the restaurant with the suspect is also wanted for questioning in connection to this case, though Oklahoma City police said he wasn’t involved in the assault.
