More than 200 people gathered Monday night at OU's Bizzell Memorial Library to watch the presidential debate.
Organizers say this is the first time OU has ever hosted such an event. OU's communications outreach director Michael Carrier said he expected a large number of attendees.
"I think this is the most important debate since Kennedy-Nixon. I think there is a potential for a lot of things to occur," Carrier said.
While Clinton supporters outnumbered Trump supporters Monday night, Trump supporters told News 9 their candidate will prevail in November.
