An OU Fraternity is currently under review following accusations of misconduct at a Donald Trump Rally last weekend.

A group of Native American protestors say they were mistreated during a Trump campaign fundraiser near campus on Saturday. Now the National chapter of Phi Delta Theta is investigating.

Several videos have surfaced online of Phi Delta Theta members yelling at protestors, telling them to get off their property on Saturday.

Protestors say they were simply looking for some shade under a tree that happened to be on fraternity property.

Those present say things did not get physical but police were called.

Phi Delta Theta International released a statement on their website, saying they are "founded on principles of Friendship, Sound Learning, and Rectitude. Any behavior that contradicts the spirit of inclusion and sensitivity to multicultural issues would be in violation of these principles."
