A surveillance video released by Oklahoma City police shows a masked suspect robbing a GameStop store at gunpoint on Labor Day.
According to police, at about 10 a.m. officers responded to the report of an armed robbery at GameStop, located at 2324 W. Memorial Road. An employee told police that just after he opened the store, the suspect came in and pulled out a gun, demanding money from the register while threatening to shoot him.
The suspect got away with an undisclosed amount of money. A witness reported seeing him get into a light blue Honda with unknown make and model.
The suspect is described as a black male who stands about 6 feet tall and weighs about 160 pounds. He has a slender build. He was wearing a plastic mask with red, black and white paint on it, a blue hoodie with a white letter “P” on the left side, a black shirt underneath (possible a polo), gray sweatpants and black and white tennis shoes. His weapon is described as a light tan semi-automatic .45 caliber handgun.
On Wednesday, police released a surveillance video taken at the store during the incident. The suspect can be seen looking directly into the surveillance camera above the door.
