<p>A pair of 3-point earthquakes have been recorded in central and northern parts of the state on Tuesday.</p>

A pair of 3-point earthquakes have been recorded in central and northern parts of the state on Tuesday.

According to the U.S. Geological Survey, the first earthquake, a 3.5 magnitude, was recorded at 1:08 a.m. one mile east of Luther, and 12 miles north, northeast of Choctaw. It was about three miles deep.

At approximately 12:50 p.m., a 3.1 magnitude quake was recorded 12 miles south southeast of the town on Tonkawa, Okla. It was about 4.5 miles deep.

No injuries or damage were immediately reported.
