Storms rolling across northeast Oklahoma Saturday morning have led to a number of power outages, many due to lightning strikes.

Public Service Company of Oklahoma said as of 11 a.m. there was just over 750 customers in Tulsa and Washington counties still without power.  At the height of the outage, PSO was reporting 6,200 customers without power.

OG&E said it had just over 250 customers in Glenpool without power earlier in the morning, but service has since been restored.

And Verdigris Valley Electric Cooperative had almost 100 customers scattered across Osage, Tulsa and Washington counties who lost power early Saturday.  The utility says that number continued to drop Saturday morning as crews worked to restore power.
