Cookie Dough Ice Cream Sandwiches

• 2 sticks Braum's unsalted butter
• 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• Pinch of salt
• 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
• 1/2 cup oats
• 1/2 package mini chocolate chips
• Your Favorite Braums Ice Cream

1. Beat together the butter and sugar till smooth. Mix in the baking soda and salt. Slowly add the flour and oats and mix till combined.
2. Add the mini chocolate chips. Spread 1/2 of the cookie dough in the bottom of a parchment lined 8x8 baking pan. Freeze.
3. Add your favorite softened Braum's ice cream and spread evenly over the cookie dough. Freeze.
4. Now add the rest of the cookie dough spreading to cover all the way to the edge. Freeze.
5. Cut into 9 squares and individually wrap each ice cream sandwich in plastic wrap and return to freezer!
