Multi-Vehicle Crash Reported On SB I-235, Near I-35 Junction

Emergency crews are on the scene of a multi-vehicle injury crash on the southbound side of Interstate 235, just north of the Dallas junction with I-35.

According to reports, at least five vehicles are involved in the crash. The crash has caused a partial block of the roadway, but there is no word of a closure at this time.

Authorities have shut down the two inside lanes of SB I-235 while crews work the scene. The crash has caused traffic on that side of the interstate to be backed up for more than a mile.

Injuries have been reported, but it is unclear how severe. EMSA is on the scene. The cause of the crash has not yet been determined.
