Police said one woman is in custody after an hours-long standoff that followed a shooting in southwest Oklahoma City Thursday.

Around 5:40 p.m., officers were called to the scene of the reported shooting near the intersection of SW 25th and S. Walker Ave. Police confirmed that there was one shooting victim at the scene, and that the suspect was holed up in a nearby home.

A little before 11:00 p.m., officers said the standoff was over and they arrested one female suspect.

At this time, police have not released any details on the suspect or what led to the shooting. But police did say the victim of the shooting was the suspect's cousin, and that she shot him in the jaw/cheek area.

Police believe the victim is in stable condition.
