Police say a wanted man is in jail after officers found him hiding in the attic of a Tulsa motel late Friday.

Officers say at about 10 p.m. they got a tip Michael Bledsoe, 39, of Tulsa was at the Motel 6 Suites in the 8100 block of East 41st Street.

When they arrived, police spotted Bledsoe, who ran into a room.  After forcing their way inside, officers learned Bledsoe had climbed into the attic.  Police had to use pepper balls to force him out, so they could arrest him.

He was booked into jail on a complaint of resisting arrest as well as outstanding drug possession and theft charges.

Two other people with Bledsoe at the motel, Sarah McCutchen, 35, and Albert Ironhorse-Paris, 37, were arrested.  McCutchen was booked into the jail on a complaint of harboring a fugitive and Ironhorse-Paris on a Lewd Molestation warrant out of Mayes County.

Jail records show Michael Bledsoe and Sarah McCutchen have court appearances set May 20.
