The woman accused of driving into a crowd of people at the Oklahoma State University Homecoming parade in October, waived her right to a preliminary hearing in court Tuesday.

Adacia Chambers faces four counts of second degree murder in addition to 46 counts of felony assault for injuring dozens of others.

Chambers is waiving her right to a preliminary hearing at the advice of her attorney. No evidence was presented in court today and a judge automatically held her over for trial.

Defense attorneys say a psychiatric evaluation in November Chambers indicated that she had a history of mental health treatment.

Prosecutors wouldn't comment on today's developments.
