Oklahoma City police are looking for a man who is accused of shoplifting from a Wal-Mart store and then threatening an employee with a knife.

The incident happened on March 7 at Wal-Mart, located at 100 E. Interstate 240 service road. An asset protection associate told police he saw the suspect select items from the store and conceal them under his jacket.

The employee confronted the suspect as he was walking out of the store. That’s when the suspect reportedly pulled out a knife and said, “Don’t come near me. I will cut you.”

Police said the suspect then ran away and got into a vehicle, possibly a 1999 to 2004 Nissan Pathfinder, driven by someone else.

On Tuesday, April 5, police released several surveillance photos taken of the suspect during the incident. If you recognize him or have any information, call Crime Stoppers at (405)-235-7300, or leave a tip online
