One man was taken to the hospital overnight after he ran off the road and into a fence in Noble County.

Police say that Frank McIntosh, 44, was driving his 2003 Ford Explorer northbound on US-177 a few miles northwest of Morrison when he overcorrected and ran off the road. McIntosh went down an embankment, through a fence and rolled over more than twice.

Police say that a DUI was the cause of the accident and that McIntosh was not wearing a seatbelt. McIntosh was taken to OU Medical Center and admitted in critical condition with head, arm, leg and internal injuries.
