A small earthquake shook up residents near Medford, Oklahoma Thursday afternoon.
The 3.1 magnitude earthquake struck at approximately 3:05 p.m. Its epicenter was located 13 miles west of Medford, 27 miles north of Enid, and 48 miles west of Ponca City.
It was about four miles deep.
There have been no reports of injuries or damages associated with the earthquake at this time.
Then around 7:15 p.m., a 3.0 magnitude earthquake struck near Edmond. It was about two and a half miles deep.
