Here are three things to watch during Saturday's Big 12 matchup between Oklahoma State and Texas. The game is set to tip-off at 5 p.m. in Austin.

-Jawun Evans had a breakout game against second-ranked Oklahoma scoring 42 points, an Oklahoma State freshman record and second most by a freshman in Big 12 history behind Michael Beasley’s 44. Evans is all the reason you need to watch the Cowboys the rest of the season. He’s leading the team in minutes, scoring and assists and he’s matched up with the No. 3 scorer in the Big 12, Isaiah Taylor, on Saturday.

-Collectively, Texas and Oklahoma State are the two worst rebounding teams in the conference. The Cowboys have been out-rebounded in three-straight games, all losses. OSU’s rotation of post players doesn’t include anyone averaging 5.0 per game. When will they next finish a game with a rebounding edge?

-Chris Olivier had 12 points against the Sooners in his best game since late November. He’s a one-trick pony – with the left-handed baby hook being his only weapon – but he’s a very effective post scorer on a team starved for post scoring. Perhaps Travis Ford will play him more than the 13.7 minutes he averaged in the month of December?
