Troopers said the driver of the 2015 Honda Odyssey was 32-year-old Bhaskar Jha. Passengers included Agni Pal Singh, 34, and Annu Jha, 31.  The OHP did not release the names of the three children who died.

The OHP said a fourth child, a juvenile boy whose age was not known, was hospitalized in Tulsa in serious condition following the crash.

The OHP report says the seven were in a southbound van on Highway 69 near Chouteau when the driver lost control on the wet highway shortly before midnight Friday. The van then crossed the median and hit a northbound semi head on.

The semi was driven by Harold Harris, 39, of Grandview, Texas. He was treated and released from a Tulsa hospital.
