OKLAHOMA CITY - Three people were critically injured Saturday night after an accident in far southeast Oklahoma City. 

The two-vehicle accident happened about 7:25 p.m. Saturday near S Choctaw Road and SE 59.

A sport utility vehicle drove southbound on Choctaw Road and drove through a stop sign, hitting a vehicle going westbound on SE 59, police said. 

The driver of the SUV was arrested after he tried to drive away from the scene.

Houghtlin William, 37, was arrested on a complaint of driving under the influence.
