Sharing the latest office gossip is always tempting, but it won't make you look professional. Forty-four percent of HR managers say they would hesitate to promote anyone who gossips.

Third on the list -- "Are you pregnant?"

The site suggests you never ever ask a woman if she is pregnant. If your co-worker is expecting, they will tell you.
