Motorcyclist Killed In Collision With Car, Semi-Truck In Edmond

A motorcyclist was killed in a collision with a car and a semi-truck on Interstate 35 in Edmond, Oklahoma, Tuesday morning. 

According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, crews are responding to the collision involving a semi-truck, a car and a motorcycle on southbound I-35 between 2nd and 15th in Edmond.

Southbound I-35 is narrowed to one lane at 2nd St. and the southbound I-35 on-ramp from 2nd St. is closed due to the collision. Crews estimate the closure will last into the afternoon. Drivers should avoid the area if possible.

Bob Mills SkyNews 9 HD flew over the scene. Pilot Jim Gardner reported that a car hit a motorcycle, pushing it into a semi-truck. 

The motorcyclist was killed in the wreck, Gardner reported.
