Frank Shannon Speaks To Media For First Time Since Suspension

Linebacker Frank Shannon is back after a year-long suspension. He spoke with the media following practice on Tuesday for the first time since his return.

“I went to the University of North Texas in Dallas,” Shannon said about his time away from the Sooners. “I ran, I lifted, that’s all I really did was work out and go to school.”

“In my mind I always knew I was gonna come back. When I was at home I watched a lot of games, recorded a lot of games and watched them. I still had a playbook so I looked at my plays.”
