Wednesday marks two years since Molly Miller disappeared from Love County.

The 17-year-old and her friend Colt Haynes vanished without a trace in 2013.

So much time has passed Miller's family is left with little hope of finding her alive now.

Instead, they are looking for any new information that could help solve this mystery

"It's the fear of the unknown. You hope for the best and you fear the hell out of the worst," Alex Miller said.

Molly Miller disappeared "here we are 700 something days later."

Alex Miller and his family have spent the last two years searching rural Love County for any sign of life... or evidence of her death.

"With the way things have been here, and all of the investigating ... it all points to my granddaughter not being alive," Alex Miller said.

Investigators say Molly Miller and her friend Colt Haynes were last seen alive during a car chase through Wilson in 2013.

James Con Nipp was criminally charged in the chase. Even though his passengers were never seen again, he has not been named a suspect in their disappearance.

The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation said the case is still active.

"A lot of man hours have been out into this case, and unfortunately, we have not come up with any credible evidence of what happened to these two," said Jessica Brown, OSBI spokeswoman.

She said agents have run more than 200 leads and conducted dozens of interviews.

"Perhaps, the greatest challenge in this case is deciphering between what is true info and what is rumor," Brown said.

Alex Miller said he has a few of his own theories about who is behind his granddaughter's disappearance,

"I'm always trying to figure out what happened, where she is, and where she could be," he said.

Miller is now asking those involved to come forward with information because it’s been two years, too long, without answers.

"This family, we've got to have some relief. It’s time we got closure," he said.

The family is now calling for a grand jury investigation because they believe it could force the hands of those trying to cover up what happened.
