One Arrested After Domestic Incident At NE OKC Home

One person was arrested following a domestic incident at a home in northeast Oklahoma City, Tuesday afternoon.

Officers were called out to the scene in the 700 block of NE 31st St., just before 3 p.m. 

Authorities tell News 9, an altercation broke out between two men believed to be intoxicated. During the fight, one of the men pulled out a gun, but eventually threw it down. When the gun hit the ground it accidentally discharged. No one was injured by the stray bullet.

One person was transported from the scene with minor injuries suffered in the fist fight. No further information has been released at this time.
