Pedestrian Hit By Driver At Penn. & SW 48th

 Oklahoma City police said a pedestrian was hit by a driver near Pennsylvania Avenue and S.W. 48th Street Tuesday evening. Pennsylvania was shut down due to the incident.

The victim, who police believe was a homeless man, was taken to the hospital.

Police said no charges were expected against the driver. They said the driver tried to avoid hitting the pedestrian.
