Showers and storms will form in western and southwest Oklahoma this afternoon.
Initially these storms may be individual super cells capable of large hail and damaging wind, but tornadoes cannot be ruled out. They will march east and northeast late this afternoon and evening.
Eventually this evening they should join together forming a large and less severe complex of thunderstorms that will move east through central Oklahoma.
Hail and strong wind will still be possible in the metro. Flash flooding will once again be the biggest concern.
