3.0 Magnitude Earthquake Recorded Near Luther

A 3.0 magnitude earthquake was recorded near Luther, Oklahoma, Monday morning.

According to the U.S. Geological Survey, this earthquake was recorded at 7:38 a.m. Its epicenter was located seven miles east, southeast of Luther, and 13 miles northeast of Choctaw.

It was about four miles deep.

No injuries or damage were immediately reported.
