MWC Police Issue Silver Alert For Missing Woman

Midwest City police issued a Silver Alert for a woman who has been missing since Monday night.

According to police, DeCarlos Jones, 58, was last seen at 11:30 p.m. Monday at her home in the 200 block of Hudson Place in Midwest City. She was wearing a red sweater and blue jeans.

Jones is diabetic and insulin-dependent, and she takes several other medications. Police said they do not believe Jones has her medications with her.

Jones, police said, returned home with her neighbor at about 11 p.m. Monday. Shortly after, she told her neighbor that she would be right back and then left in her car.

Jones' vehicle is described as a 4-door, gold Mercury Sable, possibly an early 2000 model. It has shiny rims and a computer screen in the dash. Her license plate is unknown. Police said the vehicle is a new purchase, and that it has not been registered in Jones' name.

According to police, Jones has missed a scheduled doctor's appointment, and none of her family or friends know where she could possibly be.

A photo of Jones is not available at this time. She is described as a black female who stands 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs 140 pounds. She has brown eyes.
