A video showing members of OU fraternity SAE chanting racial slurs has gained national attention. The fraternity has since been closed, and the deadline is here for members to move out of their frat house in Norman.

The move-out was mandated Monday morning by the University's President David Boren. As of Monday, OU severed its ties with the fraternity.

Monday night, the national and the local chapters of Delta Delta Delta sorority both released statements concerning that racist video.

This is all stemming from the two videos leaked Sunday night showing members of OU's SAE chapter chanting racial slurs and signing about lynching. The people on the chartered bus are said to be going to a date night party.

The focus on the video is now shifting to the females on the bus. While no one has confirmed exactly which sororities were on the bus, the National Chapter of Delta Delta Delta released a statement to News 9 in regard to the video and investigations.

"We are deeply disappointed by the conduct of the students involved in the incident at The University of Oklahoma. Tri Delta expects its members to uphold the highest responsibilities of college women. The behavior documented in the video is deplorable and is in no way consistent with Tri Delta's ideals and core values.

We are cooperating fully with our partners at the university as they investigate this matter."

However, the local chapter of the sorority said it's not under investigation by the university, nor have any chapter members been identified within the video.

The local chapter of the sorority sent us this statement saying,

"The women of the Theta Gamma chapter of Delta Delta Delta fully support the actions taken by the administration of the University of Oklahoma in response to the incident involving Sigma Alpha Epsilon. The statement made by the national office of Delta Delta Delta was made in support of the university's actions. However, the Theta Gamma chapter is not under investigation by the university, nor have any chapter members been identified within the videos released. The women of Theta Gamma firmly believe in equal opportunity for all. We believe that the university is a place where tolerance and mutual respect should carry the day and where bigotry and intolerance should be left as historical reminders of how far we have come.

Please direct all further questions to the Vice President of Student Affairs.

We look forward to growing stronger as a university community. Live on, University."

The University and the national chapter of SAE is currently investigating those two videos.

Overnight, another video surfaced online reportedly showing a Sigma Alpha Epsilon house mother singing a song and repeatedly using the N-word. Right now, our team is reviewing the video and working to confirm the identity of the woman in it and its authenticity.
