SHAWNEE, Oklahoma - Led by a season-high 21 points from Charity Fowler, No. 10 Oklahoma Baptist downed St. Gregory's, 89-41, Thursday night at the Noble Complex. The Lady Bison won for the fourth time in five games.

Fowler finished 7-of-9 from the field – including 2-for-2 from three-point range – while pulling down seven rebounds. She was one of five OBU players in double figures.

The home-standing Lady Bison shot 56 percent from the field while holding the Cavaliers to only 24 percent overall. OBU (16-4, 8-3 SAC) enjoyed a 50-23 advantage on the boards and 44-14 edge in the paint.

Stacy Lee led SGU with 14 points and three assists. Courtney Leach and Kelsie Howgard each totaled nine points for the Cavs.

Howgard's second trey of the first half cut an early OBU lead to 24-16 with 6:27 left. The Lady Bison took control, though, closing the period on a 12-4 run to take a 36-20 advantage into the break.

Nine different Lady Bison found the scoring column in the opening half, and the home team shot 42 percent overall. St. Gregory's, meanwhile, managed only 30 percent – led by Lee's seven points on 3-of-4 shooting.

OBU put it away early in the second half. It was 53-32 with 13:59 remaining when the Lady Bison scored 16 consecutive points over the span of 5:37 to make it 69-32. The Cavs got no closer than 34 the rest of the way.
