Mac And Cheese Poppers
Mac and cheese, prepared and refrigerated till solid
Seasoned bread crumbs
2 eggs, beaten
Vegetable oil
Using an ice cream scoop, make round balls of the mac and cheese and place on a parchment lined baking sheet. Place the baking sheet in the freezer and allow the balls to freeze for 2 hours. Heat the oil in a large Dutch oven to 350 degrees. To prepare the mac and cheese balls: roll the balls in the egg mixture and then into the bread crumbs and then fry till golden brown. Serve warm.
