Police arrested a man and a woman on multiple complaints, including possession of meth, Wednesday morning at a home in Enid, Oklahoma.
According to Enid police, just before 6:30 a.m., officers executed a search warrant obtained by the Narcotics Unit at a home located at 205 W. Cedar.
Police said three people were inside the home when officers arrived. While searching the house, officers found pre-packaged methamphetamine along with paraphernalia in the downstairs area of the house.
Officers said they also found about $780 in cash. Two people who were in the downstairs area, 70-year-old Harvey N. Lavicky Sr. and 51-year-old Tammy T. Hulsey, were both arrested and transported to the Garfield County Detention Center.
According to police, Lavicky is facing charges of possession of CDS with intent to distribute within 2000 feet of a school, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of drug proceeds.
Hulsey is facing charges of possession of CDS within 1000 feet of a school and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Another person found upstairs was released after being questioned by officers, according to police. No narcotics were found upstairs during the search.
