An Oklahoma City man was arrested on an assault complaint after police said he threw a pot of hot water on his girlfriend during an argument.

According to police, just before 9:30 p.m. on Friday, December 26, officers responded to the report of a domestic assault at an apartment in the 500 block of S.W. 43rd Street. A woman told police that she had been assault by her boyfriend, 54-year-old Paul Wayman Crayton.

The victim said Crayton had come home demanding biscuits and gravy, after she had already made him Ramen noodles. The victim and Crayton then got into an argument, and the victim said Crayton grabbed a pot of hot water from the stove and threw it on her.
