We're just a few days from the start of a brand new year and many of you are looking for a fresh start to love, money, happiness and health. Our cameras were at three Edmond businesses that help you get healthier and relax in 2015.

Zone 4 Fitness on Covell Road, west of Kelly in Edmond, is a gym that combines an experienced trainer, small group classes, and technology.

"The member wears a heart rate monitor the whole time so we can actually track the intensity of the workout, so we can make sure they're getting the most effective, efficient workout,” owner Nick Weinbrenner said.

Monitors display you heart rate as you exercise. If it is in the 80 percent heart rate zone, you are burning the most fat. By the end of your workout you will also know how many calories you burned.

One personal training session can cost $50-80 at other gyms. At Zone 4 Fitness monthly membership are $149 for unlimited classes and no contracts.

If you are looking to relax in 2015, Float OKC on 15th St. west of Broadway is a new option. It offers floatation therapy where the goal is sensory deprivation: no sounds, little sight to trick your brain to sleep while you float over water.

“An hour with no sensory input, your brain is able to relax and process things you are unable to process when you are dealing with traffic and work deadlines,” said Neal Smock, FloatOKC owner.

Customers enter a pod filled with 1,200 pounds of magnesium sulfate or epsom salt, dissolved in 200 gallons of 93-degree water. The water is only about 11-inches deep The body floats effortlessly.

Regular floaters say they sleep better, feel less stressed, it even helps with aching muscles and joints. A first time floating fee is $39. Monthly memberships are also available.

Central Oklahoma's largest indoor trampoline park is coming to Edmond. Sky Zone Indoor Trampoline Park will go up on South Broadway next Academy Sports. It is set to open sometime in summer, 2015.

The owners said it's a great way to burn calories and have fun.
