Silver Alert Issued For Missing Midwest City Man

A Silver Alert has been issued for a missing Midwest City man.

Richard Smith, 64, was last seen driving a red 2005 Nissan Versa, with Texas license plate number DNY1384 in the area of NE 23rd St. and Post Rd. around 5:12 p.m. on Wednesday.

Smith has been diagnosed with Type II Diabetes, Dementia, Alzheimer's Disease and is on Dialysis. He is under proven medical or physical disability and is in imminent danger of seriously bodily injury or death.

A photograph of Smith has not been released at this time. Smith is black male. He was wearing a black hooded jacket, a dark-colored shirt and ball cap, and blue jeans.
