OKLAHOMA CITY - A cold morning is in progress, but not much as far as wind.

Much of the state will start the day in the teens, twenties and even a few thirties. Winds are westerly this morning at 5 mph.

Later, it will be partly cloudy skies with a high near 38 degrees. A few places might see 40 degrees with light SW winds about 5-15 mph.

It will be cold again tonight. But Wednesday looks to be a little warmer and rain chances are on the rise for Oklahoma.
